"Was stranded on side if the road at 2am in the morning on Thanksgiving night with a wheel bearing on our stock trailer with a load of livestock. Called and they immediately picked up the phone. Due to the holiday they where not able to come out immediately but they called later in the morning letting us know they would be there in 5 minutes.
